We collect as little as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Settings in your browser. We save your choice of light or dark mode and °C or °F in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Weather requests. To show the forecast, your browser asks Open-Meteo for data about fixed locations around Agadir. We never ask for or send your own location.

Messages and alerts. If you send us a message or sign up for weather alerts, we receive your email address and what you write. We only use it to reply or to send the alerts you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Third parties

The live wind map is loaded from Windy.com only when you choose to open it. Windy’s own privacy policy applies to that map.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@agadirweather.com.

Advertising

We show ads from Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, to limit how often you see an ad and to measure how ads perform.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link on the page.
