Agadir Marina
The marina sits at the north end of Agadir beach, between the fishing port and the promenade. It is a calm, modern place for a coffee, a seafood dinner or a boat trip out into the bay.
Yachts and pleasure boats line the basin, surrounded by apartments, shops and restaurants. It is one of the most pleasant places in the city for an evening walk, and the start of the long beachfront promenade that runs south along the bay.
Several companies run boat trips from the marina: fishing outings, sunset cruises and, in season, trips to look for dolphins. These depend heavily on wind and swell. Mornings are usually calmer, and trips are often cancelled when the north wind is strong.
Next to the marina is the working fishing port, one of the largest in Morocco for sardines. At the fish market nearby you can choose your fish and have it grilled on the spot.
